  They won't sand the parking lot. Today is the last day I will be buying fuel, cigarettes and coffee there daily because of it. I have had to many close calls almost sliding in to the gas pumps. Today I slid past parked vehicles and was almost side swiped by a vehicle leaving the Tim Hortons drive thru attached to the Gas station as the guy driving slide out of the drive thru.

  1. The situation of the pump orientation is rather horrid. They did not raise the area up level to the road enough so in winter it's going to be a skating rink. The fuel truck has to block the main entrance when filling the tanks.

  Looks like this place is marketed to service Oil Muckies and their nicer vehicles because that's the wash they usually take their vehicles. Their key competition is the town exit south of town which has the other Tim Hortons.

  1. Right beside a car wash, another car wash just down the road, KFC across the road, tire shop too, A&W, MCD's, Subway also close, an of course the drive through Tim Hortons.

  To the East next door is a defunct obsolete oilfield office. All the Oil companies have moved to the new Industrial lots that exploded all around the outskirts of the town. The only tenant is an oil company just using the big empty lot behind the building, but traffic & theft are getting worse so moving it out of town is just common sense. Since it's for sale why not bulldoze it an put up a big parking lot and a center for other businesses to move here. There is a Beer store & Pizza place downtown that could be better placed here, used to be a great spot because it was a one stop shop for Beer/Pizza/Movie. Now with netflix an how things changed, it's just a horrible place to drive to. It's also a good idea to get more entrances & exits in this area so you don't get traffic congestion.
